Phillip Merrick

Phillip Merrick

Phillip has been working in interior design and workplace consultancy for over 10 years. Within the consultancy team, he plays an important role in helping clients understand the process of analysing the way they work. He particularly enjoys informing clients what can be achieved as a result of the analysis process.

Having previously trained in educational psychology, Phillip has a strong understanding of how people like to learn best and how the design of the working environment can help to improve this. During the analysis process Phillip enjoys engaging with employees in an organisation to help understand their working practices, their culture, and their future needs. As a result, he understands the importance of designing a workspace which incorporates both the needs of the people and the business.
